• To set up or begin a GoToMeeting, you’ll need to get the login and password information from the President or Vice-President.
  • Remember to email both Executive Board and Help Desk when scheduling a virtual Help Desk drop-in. Not all members of Help Desk are on the Executive Board.
  • The computer that starts the GoToMeeting has to stay on for the duration of the session even though it is possible to turn control of the meeting over to another participant.
