Beginning in 2015, NELA now has two part-time employees. The Library Association Administrator (LAA) is a 10hr/week position and the Events & Communication Coordinator, which is a 20hr/week position.

The Personnel Committee was formed and is currently made up of the President, Vice President, Treasurer (serves as Chair), and the Senior Director. The first task was to create a Personnel Manual.
